The Navy & Co Ruch Dress is a striking maxi silhouette designed to make an entrance, and it doesn't hold back. Cut from a soft, textural viscose nylon blend, it has movement and the silhouette that catches the eye the moment you walk in. 

A flattering ruched Y neckline finishes into a hook and eye keyhole front closure, with multiple options for depth of neck line.  The voluminous balloon sleeves add drama up top before a cinched waist flows into a tiered, floor-skimming skirt.

Finished in a bold, monochrome Paisley Print, it's a statement piece that needs little else to complete the look. Wear it with flat sandals for easy daytime drama, or step into heels when the occasion calls for it.
