How can I create an account with you?
Creating an online account only takes a couple of minutes, and once you have your account you can:
- Checkout much faster
- Update your saved contact and shipping address
- View your order history
If you already have an account you can click look for the Account Icon which is visible on the top right of your screen on desktop and tablet devices.
How do I change my password?
Changing your password will take just a couple of minutes, it's easy, look for the Account Icon which is visible on the top right of your screen on desktop and tablet devices. Once there, click 'forgot password' and enter the email address associated with your account in the form, click submit and you will get a link to reset your password sent to this email address.
Click the link in your email and enter your new password.

Will I need to pay duties or taxes on my order?
For any orders shipped outside New Zealand customers may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees incurred. Navy & Co does not cover any import duty or other taxes, fees incurred for International Orders.
My Order
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed & dispatched we are able to cancel your order and you will receive a full refund.
However if you order has been processed & dispatched we are unable to cancel your order. You would be able to return all unworn items in their original packaging following our standard returns process for a refund.

Can I change my order?
We start to process your order straight away and as a because of this we cannot make any changes your current order after it has been placed. If you do wish to change your mind you may return any items by following our returns process.
Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunatley we're unable to take phone orders, the fastest way to complete your order is to shop online with us.

How do I know when I have received my refund?
Once your refund or cancellation has been processed, we send an email notification to you which lets you know to expect your refund.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Yes, we will happily offer you a replacement for an item which is faulty. If the item is no longer in stock we may offer you a refund on any faulty items.

We know how disappointing it is to find something you like and not be able to get it! We aim to restock your favourites as quickly as we can.

How long does it take for a refund?
Return and refund process will be completed in 3-5 working days from when your parcel has been received. We'll send you an email confirmation to notify you of your refund.
