Navy & Co ships from New Zealand
New Zealand FREE SHIPPING
- NZ Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100. We charge a delivery fee of $10.00 if your order is below $100.
- Does not apply to gift cards or credit
- We aim to dispatch all orders the same or following day (as quickly as possible depending on garment location). Monday to Friday only
- We cannot guarantee delivery times but these are normally 3-4 working days from dispatch.
- We use an express service via Go Sweet Spot
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your order (please check your junk).
- We use couriers which have a traceable service. They do NOT require a signature, but it requires a PHOTO on delivery as proof. Please put specific instructions in the comments at checkout i.e. Please leave behind the pot plant on the porch. You will get tracking sent to you and you have control to redirect the parcel etc.
- For a rural address, please allow an extra day for delivery.
